I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The immaculate rooms, partial view of the lake, and pleasant atmosphere made my experience memorable. However, the late check-in time was a bit inconvenient.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were large and quiet, perfectly maintained and clean, which was great. However, they weren't ready on time, causing some inconvenience with moving around with the baby's bed set up. On the bright side, the hotel offered a very nice, great breakfast at very reasonable prices.

The service was excellent and the staff was polite. They were genuinely friendly, but there was a slight issue with resetting the card to access the other room instead of ours.

The location was amazing with limited services, good access to the town, but it seemed desolate and under construction surrounding the hotel. However, being right on the bay and close to downtown Owen Sound made it convenient.
